An exploration of Italian wine culture. learn about the regions, the traditions and some of the lessor known varieties from the boot of Europe. Learn how to use your palate to pick the wines blind. Come as a novice leave like a pro!

What do you get?

The event entails a sparkling wine on arrival, followed by a blind tasting of 4 wines. Be guided through an ego free in-depth wine assessment and then try to pick the wines using only your wits and your palate. The event is paired with a family style grazing menu and an afternoon of wine Knowledge presented by our in house cork dork, Nate.
