Join Nate in a blind tasting with a twist. We have collaborated with some of Victoria’s most interesting wine makers and cheese mongers to bring you a blind tasting that is both entertaining and highly educational. Join us as we explore some of the challenges and decisions in making a bespoke product in Victoria.
Learn more about how wine and cheese making techniques play out on the palate. Talk with the people who have made it and get a deeper understanding into what it takes to create it. This event incorporates all the classic hall marks of a Good Booze. Blind event paired with guest producers who will talk you through how it is made.
